Based in Dubai, he brings extensive cross-border business experience and sectoral expertise in logistics — a key pillar of Trezone’s AIF strategy. His ability to identify scalable infrastructure opportunities and guide capital toward real-world impact gives Trezone Ventures its strategic edge in logistics-focused AIFs. Mr. Shah also brings a creative perspective from his involvement in the Indian film industry as co-producer of major hits like Gupt and Mohra

With over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Ankit Agarwal specializes in capital markets, blockchain assets, and digital financial ecosystems. His background spans traditional investment vehicles and new-age asset classes including cryptocurrencies and NFTs. He has worked with leading firms in wealth management, FOREX, and strategic business development. At Trezone Ventures, he is instrumental in designing innovative AIF strategies and building investment products that align with market evolution, especially in the technology and digital asset space.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mr. Abbas Hussain brings 15 years of robust experience in banking, trade finance, fundraising, and financial compliance. He has advised businesses on cross-border finance, FEMA regulations, and fund operations, making him a critical pillar in ensuring Trezone’s AIF products are regulatory-compliant and investor-ready. His expertise supports efficient fund structuring, accounting, and operational execution for AIFs.
Chief Financial Officer & Compliance Officer
Mr. Dharmesh Sheth is a dual-qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, with over 22 years of post-qualification experience in the financial services industry. His core expertise includes fund accounting, regulatory compliance, investor reporting, and deal structuring for complex investment vehicles, including Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
At Trezone Ventures LLP, Mr. Sheth leads all financial operations and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to SEBI regulations, accurate fund reporting, and transparent investor communication. He plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of governance, helping deliver operational excellence and trust for investors across all AIF initiatives.

A seasoned investment professional with over 30 years of experience in the Indian capital market, specializing in equity Investment & hedging strategies. Proven track record of consistent outperformance with a deep understanding of sector dynamics and macroeconomic trends. Currently engaged in various activities such as M&A, fund raising for pre & post IPO, managing Prop funds and consistently delivering value to HNI investors through rigorous research and disciplined Investments & portfolio construction.”
